eScience2021 will be held under the Whova virtual conference management system which uses Zoom for streaming.
The main point of entry to eScience 2021 on Whova is https://whova.com/portal/ieeee_202107/ for both in-browser access as well as the mobile apps offered by Whova. Alternatively, use https://whova.com/portal/webapp/ieeee_202107 for direct in-browser access. In case you do not have access to Whova yet, please register using your e-mail address to which this notification was sent.
All sessions will have session chairs whose names are indicated on https://www.escience2021.org/timetable and a technical support person. Sessions will start 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. Presenters and session chairs should login at this time to prepare for the session and make themselves familiar with Whova/Zoom.
The technical support person will:
- start pre-recorded videos
- control sharing windows and presentations
- record live-presentations
Note that only keynote presentations, welcome and farewell sessions are planned to be recorded.
